All notices you send us must be sent to the contact details on this site email@example.com. We may give notice to you at either the email or postal address you provide to us when making a purchase. (Notice will be deemed received and properly served 24 hours after an email is sent or three days after the date of posting of any letter.) In providing the service of any notice, it will be sufficient to prove, in the case of a letter, that the letter was properly addressed, stamped and placed in the post and, in the case of an email that the email was sent to the specified email address of the addressees.
These terms are governed by Scottish law. Any contract for the purchase of goods from this site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with any such contract will be governed by Scottish law. You and we both agree that the courts of Scotland will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. However, if you are a resident in Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are a resident in England or Wales you may also bring proceedings in England or Wales.
We are sure you will be very happy with the products you purchase from Fastrider Ltd. However, you have the right to cancel within seven days of receipt of the goods. You will receive a refund if you follow the guidelines below.

The goods must be returned within 7 days from the day they are received/signed for.
Goods that are unsuitable, ordered by mistake or size errors must be returned at your cost in their original condition along with all packaging intact & paperwork intact and in a re-sellable condition, in these cases postage costs will not be refunded. If returning goods within the 7 day policy, you are under a duty to keep them in your possession and to take reasonable care of them until they are returned.
You should retain proof of postage until we inform you that the returned items have been received safely by us. We will not take responsibility for lost mail unless a signature has been attained for the item at Fastrider Cycles.
If your goods are damaged in transit, we need to be notified of the damages within 24 hours of delivery to set up a claim with our courier company.
Items that are damaged or delivered in error are subject to the same basic conditions & expectations, however, should any claim for the above be valid, we will promptly refund any postage costs.
Please ensure you send a legible cover note including your receipt & contact details with all returns. This will provide clarity on the reason for return of the item & speed up the returns process.
